What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone (optional), profile photo.
- Learning data: test answers, essays, speaking recordings and transcripts, scores and activity.
- Payment data: bKash transaction IDs and amounts (we never see your bKash PIN).
- Device data: push notification tokens and app version.
How we use it
To provide practice, AI feedback, study plans, progress analytics, notifications and support. Essays and recordings are sent to our AI processing providers solely to generate your feedback.
Sharing
Band 9 Hub does not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that operate the platform (hosting, AI processing, payment and push delivery) or when required by law.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile (web) or settings (app). Deletion removes your personal data and learning history.
