Refund eligibility
If you were charged but Pro was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact support with your bKash TrxID and we will activate or refund in full.
Change of mind
You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have used no more than 2 AI evaluations during that period.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent to the original bKash number within 7 working days.
